I first started dealing with Complete IT Systems approximately five years ago when I was looking for a suitable digital signage system for the university where I work. From the conceptual stage right through to delivery and commissioning of the system, CIT displayed a professional approach under the watchful eye of Chris. Chris has an abundance of knowledge in his sphere and will regularly go the ‘extra mile’ in pursuit of customer satisfaction. We have been working with John at Complete IT Systems for a few years now mainly with Microsoft products, for which Complete IT Systems has now become our sole provider of.  The reason for this is entirely down to Johns exceptional knowledge of volume licensing, and Microsoft software in general.  In the time we have worked with John, he has never not been able to answer a question, he is always courteous regardless of how many times I repeat myself, and made our audit a few years ago as painless as it could possibly be.

As you are probably aware the Microsoft licensing process is confusing to even the most seasoned of IT professionals.  Please pass on my comments to John, and thank him for making this process a lot easier.

We have selected Complete IT Systems as our preferred supplier as we know that when we place an order, it gets delivered. But on the few occasions where there may be a delay for issues beyond their control – the communication we get from Sarah and the team at Complete IT Systems enables us to manage the expectations of our internal customers. Most suppliers say they will provide this level of service but Complete IT Systems are the only ones we trust to do this.
