Complete IT Systems celebrates 18 years of innovation, growth, and success

Complete IT Systems Ltd, a leading provider of IT solutions and services in the UK, proudly celebrates its 18th anniversary in business this month.

From a small startup in Bradford in 2007 to a trusted technology partner for organisations across the country with offices in Glasgow, Leicester, Swansea and Sheffield, the company’s journey has been marked by consistent growth, a customer-first attitude, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Founded in 2007 with a vision to deliver complete, tailored IT solutions to businesses of all sizes, Complete IT Systems has steadily evolved into a nationally recognised name in the IT industry. Over the past 18 years, the company has built a reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and personalised service, supporting hundreds of businesses in maximising their IT investments and in more recent years in achieving their digital transformation goals.

“This milestone is a proud moment for all of us,” said Ben Gregg, Sales Director of Complete IT Systems Ltd. “Turning 18 is more than just a number—it’s a celebration of our fantastic team, our loyal customers, and our partners who have all supported us on this journey. It reflects the passion, innovation, and hard work that have shaped who we are today.”

Complete IT Systems provides a full spectrum of IT services, including hardware and software procurement, managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity solutions, and data management. Through strategic partnerships with leading vendors like HP, Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, and Lenovo, the company continues to offer cutting-edge technology that meets the evolving needs of modern businesses. What sets Complete IT Systems apart is its deep understanding of customer needs. By offering bespoke solutions and unmatched customer support, the company has forged long-term relationships with clients across sectors including education, healthcare, retail, finance, and manufacturing.

As part of the 18-year celebrations, the company is proud to continue supporting fundraising events for the One in a Million charity, as well as being active participants in the local community. “We believe in celebrating our success by giving back,” added Gregg, “and this milestone gives us the perfect opportunity to reflect on our journey while looking forward to the future.”

Looking ahead, Complete IT Systems aims to continue driving innovation and expanding its services, with a particular focus on sustainability, digital transformation, and enhanced cybersecurity offerings. The company is also investing in its people—expanding its team, supporting training and development, and maintaining its strong internal culture of collaboration and growth.

“As we enter this exciting new chapter, we remain as committed as ever to delivering exceptional value to our customers,” said Gregg. “The next 18 years are about pushing boundaries, embracing emerging technologies, and continuing to be a trusted partner in our clients’ success.”

Happy 18th Birthday, Complete IT Systems Ltd!

Schools benefit again from our collaboration with Encirc

Complete IT Systems (CIT) is proud to have collaborated with Encirc to supply schools on either side of the Fermanagh Cavan Border with refurbished computers, music keyboards and soundproof headphones.

In January of this year, both St. Aidan’s, Derrylin and Kill National School, Cootehill benefitted from the delivery of repurposed laptops, old equipment restored by CIT and made fit for purpose.

This important development not only provided vital equipment for the schools but also promoted the use of a circular economy by saving the laptops from landfill.

Many thanks to all of the team that made this possible, and we’re excited to hear some of the fantastic results from the children!

Happy #YorkshireDay – and how we’re doing our bit

We thought we’d extend our celebrations of #YorkshireDay for a few days this year by seeing how we can help the local community even more.

From speaking to people locally and from the local Chamber of Commerce, it’s clear that local businesses are facing challenges with digital and data skills, and being a bit daunted by “the future of work already being here”, and that all companies are “turning into tech companies at a pace”. We’re always there for local businesses looking for any tech help – however small. From laptop peripherals to Microsoft 365 rollouts, we can help “turn you tech” at an even greater pace!

The Chamber also highlights a “lack of work-readiness of some younger workers who had missed out on face-to-face employment and education due to the pandemic”, and that there is a need for a better understanding of apprentices. To this end, we’re very proud to announce that we’re currently hiring 5 further apprentices in our Bradford office, and our existing team continue to grow in strength and experience every day!

So here’s a little bit about who we are, what we do and how we’re proud champions of Yorkshire business.

Founded in 2007 by Paul Spence and Ben Gregg, Bradford-based Complete IT Systems has grown to a £16 million turnover and currently employs 54 staff. Our people continue to be the engine of our growth, and in recognition of this our profit share scheme has returned 10% of all net profits to our staff.

Community leadership

We’re also a big part of Bradford’s business scene, having sponsored Bradford City FC, been crowned the Fastest growing Midsize Business in Yorkshire and playing a local role in Chamber of Commerce activities. We also love to support school initiatives and the ‘One in a Million’ childrens’ charity.

Recognition

On a national level we are also proud to have been recognised by the London Stock Exchange Group as one of the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain. This recognised Complete IT Systems’ role in generating net new employment and in making a dynamic contribution to the overall positive influence of SMEs on the country’s economy.

Our skills

Our vendor relationships and technical skills have also developed over the past 10 years, with over 20 strategic partnerships and numerous other alliances being skilfully supported by our professional services and technical teams. Our commitment to achieving the likes of Microsoft Gold Partner status, Veeam Gold ProPartner Kaspersky Platinum and many others underline our commitment to obtaining the very best expertise for our customers.

Expansion

2013 saw the business expand further, with a new Glasgow office opening its doors to focus on the vibrant Scottish market, and to replicate what the company has achieved in Bradford. Four years on from its opening the office continues to go from strength to strength.

In recent years we’ve also opened new Leicester and Swansea offices, and we’re also planning further expansions off the back of this.

Thank you and here’s to the future!

We’d like to thank our customers, staff and vendors for making our first decade in business what it has been, and we’re very much looking forward to enjoying the next years together as well.
