Complete IT Systems Ltd is proud to announce its successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 and the ISO EN 14001-2015 Environmental Management System accreditation, effective August, 2017.

The business has invested more than a year preparing for these accreditations through a rigorous process. This has required examination of all aspects of the company through a series of internal audits designed to ensure that all our processes that could have any environmental impact are properly managed.

In achieving these accreditations, Complete IT Systems Ltd’s main goal is to demonstrate to our customers that we want to be the best at what we do and we are committed to their needs and for managing quality across our operations and programmes. We therefore took the proactive decision to work towards ISO 9001:2015 certification. This not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates a commitment providing quality services to all current and future customers. Our goals focused on the emphasis of quality assurance and fits with our primary goal of aiming to show our customers our quality, every day.

An ISO 9001:2015-compliant quality management system:

  • Enables a company to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The ISO EN 14001:2015 accreditation demonstrates:

  • Enhancement of environmental performance;
  • Fulfilment of compliance obligations;
  • Achievement of environmental objectives.

Throughout the remainder of 2017 and early 2018 we plan to strive to have Complete IT Systems Ltd 100% environmentally friendly using the findings of the internal audits.

Complete IT Systems Celebrate 10 year Anniversary

Complete IT Systems have recently reached our 10-year anniversary. While the team recently let their hair down and enjoyed a Friday lunch event to celebrate, we thought it would be the ideal time to reflect on the past decade and the future.

Founded in 2007 by Paul Spence and Ben Gregg, the Bradford-based company has grown to a £15.5 million turnover in 2017 and currently employs 54 staff. Our people continue to be the engine of our growth, and in recognition of this our profit share scheme has returned 10% of all net profits to our staff.

We’re also a big part of the city’s business scene, having sponsored Bradford City FC, been crowned the Fastest growing Midsize Business in Yorkshire and playing a local role in Chamber of Commerce activities.

On a national level we are also proud to have been recognised by the London Stock Exchange Group as one of the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain. This recognised Complete IT Systems’ role in generating net new employment and in making a dynamic contribution to the overall positive influence of SMEs on the country’s economy.

Our vendor relationships and technical skills have also developed over the past 10 years, with over 20 strategic partnerships and numerous other alliances being skilfully supported by our professional services and technical teams. Our commitment to achieving the likes of Microsoft Gold Partner status, Veeam Gold ProPartner Kaspersky Platinum and many others underline our commitment to obtaining the very best expertise for our customers.

2013 saw the business expand further, with a new Glasgow office opening its doors to focus on the vibrant Scottish market, and to replicate what the company has achieved in Bradford. Four years on from its opening the office continues to go from strength to strength.

We’d like to thank our customers, staff and vendors for making our first 10 years in business what it has been, and we’re very much looking forward to enjoying the next 10 together as well.

NEW COMPLETE IT SYSTEMS GLASGOW OFFICE

Glasgow Office Marks new phase in National Growth Strategy.

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Glasgow office.
This new office has been set up as part of our continued expansion to allow us to recruit the best experts in our chosen fields and better serve the business community across the UK.

Initially the office will be manned by three full time members of the CIT team from Glasgow itself and on a flexible basis by members of the national team including resources from the Bradford head office.

Sales Director Ben Gregg has wanted to open an office in Scotland for some time. “An office in Scotland is a logical expansion to serve the UK as a whole better.

It has been a long time in the planning stage as it was important to get the right team in place. Now we have the right team and we are going to replicate what we have achieved in Bradford.” he said.

Ben has also been asked many times why Scotland in particular? “Many IT resellers concentrate on the south of England but Scotland is a vibrant business community and needs our expertise and services in just the same way.

This will be a major part of our growth as having a team there gives us local knowledge and understanding. A significant part of the choice of where we expand has been about where were able to recruit the talent we need to make a regional office a success and the thriving city of Glasgow has a lot to offer” he explains.
